Project Coordinator

Summary

A Project Coordinator supporting spatial structure and complex facade projects in Singapore, acting as a bilingual (English/Mandarin) technical bridge between stakeholders and internal teams, managing technical submissions and documentation using Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.

Position Summary: We are seeking a bilingual, highly organized and technically proficient Project Coordinator to support our ongoing spatial structure and complex facade projects in Singapore. In this role, you will act as a vital technical and communicative bridge for the project, ensuring smooth information flow and technical coordination from initial concept through to site execution.


Key Responsibilities:

· Project Coordination & Support: Act as the primary support to the Design Manager or Project Manager throughout the design and construction phases, tracking task execution and helping ensure project work aligns with the overall design intent.

· Technical Liaison & Bilingual Translation: Facilitate technical meetings and act as the core bilingual conduit between external stakeholders (Clients, Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors and Suppliers) and our internal teams.

· Technical Submissions Support: Support the preparation, organizing, and managing of technical submissions and presentations. This includes meeting minutes, design drawings, and tender documents, as well as construction-stage documentation such as Shop Drawings, Requests for Information (RFIs), Method Statements,Material Approval Submissions, and As-Built documentation.

· Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: Work collaboratively with an in-house, multi-disciplinary team of designers, structural engineers, and façade engineers based in both Singapore and China to ensure technical alignment and deliver highly buildable solutions on schedule.

· Information& Document Control: Maintain a rigorous document management system.Ensure that all technical documentation, drawings, and communications are properly stored, easily accessible, and systematically organized.

· StakeholderEngagement: Assist project leadership in daily communication, ensuring external requirements are accurately conveyed to internal production and engineering teams.

Requirements:

· EducationalBackground: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering,Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

· IndustryExperience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in building industry. Direct experience working on spatial structures and complex facade projects is a strong bonus.

· Software Familiarity: Proficiency in the use of Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.

· Standard& Code Familiarity: Familiarity with British and Singapore design/construction standards.

· LanguageSkills: Excellent professional-level English proficiency for formal presentations, client interactions and translation. Mid-level Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to review Chinese technical documents and coordinate smoothly with our China-based teams.

· SoftSkills: Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively in a fast-paced environment involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
