We are currently seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinators to join our construction team! Reporting to the Project Manager, this role provides integral support through all phases of our multi-family residential construction projects. With exposure to a range of project responsibilities and seasoned professionals, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to accelerate a career in construction project management.

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects from initiation to close-out. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing construction activities.
  • Supporting procurement efforts including solicitation of subcontractor pricing and preparation of budget estimates.
  • Coordinating project documentation and ensuring timely submission and distribution of inspection and consultant reports.
  • Managing submittal logs and tracking materials and equipment to align with project timelines.
  • Preparing and maintaining project reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
  • Coordinating project close-out activities including collection and distribution of required documents.
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as document control, supply orders, courier coordination, and project communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction project coordination role, ideally within multi-family residential projects.
  • Familiarity with lean construction principles is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, and Site Docs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
