As a Project Coordinator at Ultimate Renovations, you will play a vital role connecting our project management team, trades, and clients. You will help ensure our residential renovation projects run smoothly by supporting documentation, communication, and coordination across the team. If you are a motivated, organized individual with a passion for construction and an interest in working on exciting renovation projects, we would love to hear from you.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, schedules, budgets, permits, and other project records.
• Communication: Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication between the project management team, contractors, and clients.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate materials, equipment, and resources required for residential renovation projects.
• Quality Control: Ensure orders and documentation align with project requirements and specifications.

On your resume we will be looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in roles that require managing multiple priorities and ongoing tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret reports, schedules, and project documentation.
• Previous experience in residential construction is preferred, with renovation experience considered a strong asset.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
