Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close healthcare projects according to organizational goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, IT, finance, operations, and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission, and organizational policies.
- Coordinate project documentation, including project charters, schedules, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.
- Track project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare project reports.
- Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
