Project Coordinator
Salary: RM 3,600 – RM 5,250 per month
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at WHATIF SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a fulltime role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the successful delivery of various projects within our Information & Communication Technology organisation.
What you'll be doing
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and monitor project activities
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and status reports
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks in a timely manner
Facilitate communication and coordination between project stakeholders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
Ensure project documentation and records are properly maintained
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the IT/ICT industry
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficient in using project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with diverse groups of people
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and address issues promptly
Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
BS in computer science or a related field
