PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job Summary

You will coordinate interfacing activities across civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplines to ensure seamless integration on complex construction projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and drive project progress.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify interfacing issues and propose solutions.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to resolve design and construction conflicts, ensuring alignment with project scope and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to facilitate collaboration and timely decision-making.
• Prepare clear and professional PowerPoint presentations to report project status and interface coordination outcomes.
• Manage multiple fast-paced project tasks independently while contributing as a proactive team member.
• Utilize MS Office tools to document, track, and report interfacing activities and project progress.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate potential interface risks.

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction of civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, or architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Degree in Engineering in Civil/Structural, Geotechnical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural disciplines.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to engage diverse project stakeholders.
