Your Role: In this role, you will deliver application projects that improve how Supply Chain teams plan, make, move, and support products that matter to human health and life. You will lead initiatives across the global application landscape, turning priorities into clear scope, milestones, resource plans, budgets, and risk controls. Working with business owners, IT colleagues, architects, vendors, and stakeholders across functions and regions, you will lead delivery from initiation through transition to operations. You will manage governance, quality, escalations, and operational readiness while resolving complex issues and supporting sound decisions. You will contribute to policies, portfolio planning, and transformation roadmaps, creating value through Blue Yonder, Esko, and TraceLink. You will have responsibility, autonomy, and influence across closely related teams.
Who You Are
- Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in IT project management (+8 years), program delivery, or application delivery in complex environments.
- A track record of delivering enterprise application projects across multiple functions or regions, including scope, milestones, resources, budget, risks, and vendors.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and experience with applications such as Blue Yonder, Esko, and TraceLink.
- Ability to solve complex operational problems and translate technical information into clear decisions for business stakeholders.
- Experience with governance, stakeholder communication, financial forecasting, vendor management, and transition to operations.
- Familiarity with Agile and traditional delivery approaches.
- Business fluency in English, written and spoken, and the ability to travel regularly, including regional and international travel, when required for project delivery.
