Summary
Coordinates interior fit-out and architectural projects, managing documentation, client communications, and site logistics using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Position : Project Design Coordinator (Interior Fit-Out / Architecture)
- Location: Ubi, with travel to project sites as required
- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday half day
- Salary (commensurate on experience) : Up to $4000 basic + Mobile allowance+ Transport claim + Variable bonus + 14 days annual leave
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities with project managers, site teams and factory personnel.
- Liaise with clients, architects, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Prepare, update and maintain shop drawings, technical documents and project records.
- Coordinate design clarifications and resolve drawing discrepancies.
- Prepare material submissions and project documentation for client approval.
- Monitor project schedules and progress to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, method statements and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority requirements and quality standards.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant project coordination or design experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to travel to project sites when required.
