ABOUT THE POSITION
Mammoth Sports Construction is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Project Designer II to join our growing team. This role will take greater ownership of architectural design development and construction documents while working closely with Project Architects and Managers. The designer will coordinate with internal engineering, estimating, and construction teams to deliver sports facilities from concept through construction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Develop architectural design concepts and advance assigned work through construction documents
- Prepare design development drawings, technical details, and coordinated Revit models
- Research and apply applicable building codes and regulatory standards
- Communicate design progress and coordinate deliverables with project teams and clients
- Coordinate architectural design solutions with internal Engineering staff and consultants
- Collaborate with Estimating and Construction teams on project scope, constructability, and design approach
- Support construction administration, including submittal reviews, RFIs, and field coordination
