Project Director

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of property development projects in Singapore.
• Manage projects throughout the full development cycle, including feasibility studies, design development, tendering, construction, TOP, and project completion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality, safety, and timelines.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations, industry standards, and company requirements.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Prepare project reports and present updates to senior management.
• Foster strong collaboration with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing property development projects in Singapore.
• Experience in residential developments such as Executive Condominium (EC), HDB, Condominium, or other residential projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Singapore's property development process, relevant regulations, and project delivery requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Excellent project management, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
