Project Director [ Electrical Project / East ]

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall delivery of large-scale electrical and multi-disciplinary engineering projects
- Oversee project planning, execution, commercial performance and final handover
- Manage project budgets, profitability, cost forecasting and resource allocation
- Lead major contract negotiations, subcontract packages and commercial discussions
- Oversee variation orders, claims, project risks and contractual matters
- Manage senior project managers, engineering teams and project resources
- Act as the key project representative for clients, contractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure project quality, safety and compliance requirements are achieved
- Drive project performance and operational efficiency across the project team
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical project design and delivery
- Experience in large-scale electrical, mission-critical, utility, industrial or airport projects
- Experience reviewing electrical and vendor technical drawings
- Experience managing project budgets, commercial matters and senior project teams
