PROJECT DIRECTOR (ELECTRICAL)
Summary
Oversee electrical construction projects from planning to completion, managing teams, budgets, timelines, and compliance with HDB standards.
- Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of the projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing
- Liaise closely with main contractor, subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities
- Able to lead and work closely with the project team
- Develop detailed construction plans and timelines to ensure efficient execution of projects; Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards
- Manage and planning manpower allocation
- Monitor project costing, budget and schedule
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claim
- Resolve any unexpected situation, technical, manpower and material issues
- Experiences in managing ELECTRICAL works of HDB BTO/EC projects is highly preferred
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with HDB’s codes, regulations, and industry standards.
