You are the leader of our most critical projects and project teams. Your focus is to personally drive the delivery of our most strategic client programs while building and guiding the project manager team, ensuring all company projects meet the highest standards in quality, cost, and delivery.

How You’ll Make an Impact
 Lead Key Programs & Optimize Systems: Personally own and deliver the company's most important and complex strategic client projects. Simultaneously, lead the optimization of core project management processes and tools to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the entire project delivery system.

 Coach Teams & Drive Results: Guide and empower the project manager team. By
sharing expertise, setting standards, and resolving major bottlenecks, you help the team achieve successful project delivery. You hold ultimate accountability for the success of key programs and the overall performance of the team.

 Serve as Strategic Client Interface: Act as the senior business partner for core clients, managing major expectations, solving critical issues, and transforming project success into long-term, solid partnerships.

 Manage Portfolio Performance: Monitor the health and performance metrics (schedule, cost, risk) of all ongoing projects. Coordinate resources across projects and drive continuous improvement to achieve overall business objectives.
