We are currently looking for a Project Director to strengthen our team in Madrid, Spain, but with open mobility.

What is the role About?

As a Senior Project Manager you will:
  • -Project & Portfolio Management responsibilities, which include:

  • Project portfolio piloting.

  • Project management.

  • Contract management, including change-order and dispute management.

  • Project set-up and launch through to team mobilization (typically one month).

  • Acting as a project team member as needed.

  • -Project & Portfolio Development responsibilities, which includes:

  • Technical preparation of offers

  • Presentation / defense to clients, in line with company organization and processes

  • Administration piloting of quotations & orders

  • -Supports Large Projects IBUM in its day-to-day functions:

  • Recruitment and management of the Large Project team.

  • Audit of projects.

  • Deployment of the project-management methodology, project audits and the associated improvement loop.





Requirements


  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience (8-10y project-management).
  • Management experience on International projects with CAPEX > 250MEur, decentralized structure
  • Hands-on experience across all aspects of project life cycle.
  • Knowledge of multiple disciplines.
  • Exposure of multiple industrial sectors.
  • Experience in at least two project contexts: Brownfield, Greenfield, Shutdown, Demolition
  • Experience in lumpsum projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in offers preparation and track record of winning offers.
  • English and Spanish fluent.
  • Travel availabilty. Mobility is key for this role.
