We are seeking a No1 Lead on site to head up a Major Bridge Contract in Bahrain. Incredibly technical project in an iconic location in North Bahrain.
130 Meter Span stretching across sea. Both abutments located in logistically challenging locations. As the Project Director this is where your planning & coordination comes in. Our client are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Director that has clear strength delivering similar scale projects.
When challenged by the consultant you will have a knowledge and track record handling associated marine works, geotechnical, piling, piers , bents , bearings, bridge seats and approach slabs.
This is NOT the project to learn on as the pace and scale is critical and no time to be lost on the critical path.
Location: Bahrain
Package: BHD 5,500 total monthly package + flights + medical & Schooling
Leadership opportunity for a technically strong and commercially astute civil engineer. Our client will only look at Main Contractors individuals that have clear self-delivery experience handling MAJOR bridges for Main Contractors.

- Overall leadership and delivery of major bridges and roads projects.
- Managing project teams, subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Motivate, mentor and engage your team
- Driving program, cost, quality and safety
- Ensuring effective self-delivery of bridge structures, resources and construction methodologies
- Managing project risk and resolving challenges
- Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Civil Engineering degree from a recognized Western university.
- Experience as a Project Director / Senior Project Manager on major bridges & infrastructure
- Strong commercial, contractual and program management
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Chartered status desirable
- BHD 4900- 5,500 total monthly package (Basic + Housing)
