Project Director – Major Build Project (Riyadh, KSA) We are currently seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a major build project in Riyadh, working with a leading main contractor on a high-profile development. Role Overview This is a senior leadership position responsible for the full project lifecycle, on projects between 500 million to 1 billion SAR in value.

• Proven experience as a Project Director on major build projects • Strong background working for main contractors • Experience in large-scale, complex developments (mixed-use, commercial, residential, or similar) • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Previous Middle East experience is advantageous • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia • Position: Project Director • Sector: Construction / Build
