Job Description

• Position Title: Project Engineer
• Working Location: Admiralty (Islandwide; site visits)
• Working Hours: 6 days (Mon – Sat: 8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning and site preparation to completion, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth operations and effective communication among teams.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Track project schedules, ensure timely completion, and adjust work plans when necessary.
• Ensure construction quality through regular inspections and compliance with project standards.
• Implement and enforce workplace safety procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all project activities comply with contractual requirements and relevant regulations.
• Prepare project progress reports and submit monthly progress claims.

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision.
• Experience managing building construction projects from planning to completion.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, cost control, and quality standards.
• Familiar with Singapore construction regulations, workplace safety requirements, and contract administration.
• Able to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is an advantage.
