Are you looking for an opportunity that provides career growth opportunity? We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Engineer to join our growing team! You will be responsible for assisting the project team in maintaining the project timeline, within budget and to the quality specified.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and plan revisions to ensure accurate and current project documentation.
- Support the superintendent by addressing subcontractor questions and verifying work aligns with plans and specifications.
- Coordinate between field teams, subcontractors, and design partners to resolve issues and keep work progressing.
- Assist with schedule updates, material tracking, and change order documentation to support on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Support QA/QC efforts by tracking inspections, testing, and ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and codes.
- Compile and coordinate close-out documents, punch lists, and turnover materials.
We Hope You Have
- A college degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or some no BS experience
- Construction knowledge
- Coachable
- A good sense of humor
