Project Engineer:
The Project Engineer is a core technical contributor within Professional Services. Operating in the Competent to Fluent fluency band, they execute project tasks independently, apply contextual knowledge to resolve issues, and communicate directly with clients to represent technical outcomes. Project Engineers ensure technical delivery is reliable, professional, and aligned to scope, freeing senior engineers to focus on complex or architectural work.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute technical project tasks independently across Aldridge service offerings (e.g., O365 migrations, server builds, network device configurations, security deployments).

Apply contextual knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues without requiring constant escalation.

Provide clear, professional client communication regarding project progress, outcomes, and technical impacts.

Update PSA tickets, configuration records, and documentation accurately and on time.

Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators to align schedules, dependencies, and client expectations.

Surface risks, recurring issues, or scope gaps to senior engineers for review and resolution.

Support and mentor Associate Project Engineers on executing documented tasks and improving client communication.
