Project Engineer(ACMV/Electrical)
Summary
Oversee and manage ACMV/electrical construction projects, coordinating with clients and consultants, ensuring budgets and schedules are met.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Must be able to work and lead independently in a dynamic environment
- Min 3-4 years experience in construction-related industry
- Possessing a Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisors would be preferable
- Able to liaise with clients and consultants on the project
- A team player, possess problem-solving, coordination and management skills
- Cost management of projects to be within budget
- Preliminary design and budgeting for Design and Build tenders
- Establish the sub-contract scope of work, detailing the construction schedule, budget plan and risk management matrix
- Any other tasks assigned by the management
