Project Engineer (ACMV)
Summary
Oversee ACMV (Air-Conditioning, Mechanical & Ventilation) projects: size equipment, approve shop drawings, manage contracts, and coordinate site activities for M&E contractors.
My clients are L5 and L6 ACMV contractor firms
Project Engineers x 2 ACMV
Good knowledge of Chiller, Cooling tower, AHU, FCU, Mechancial Ventilation Fans.
- Able to size FCUs, Flow meter, MV fans
- Manage Shop drawing approval, material submission approval
- Good understanding of contract document, and well understand the scope of works, specifications which tendered for. Able to pick up variation orders during project phase.
- Project scheduling and able to plan and mobilize manpower effectively.
- Attend weekly site progress, technical meeting with consultants, main contractor.
- Coordination with various parties.
Requirement
- Dip/ Degree in Mechancial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Min 2 years experience in M&E projects
- Good knowledge of code of practices, ASHRAE, Green Mark requirement, Fire codes related to MV
- Salary are based on experiences and capabilities.
