Job Description:
- Monitor and report on the progress of work to OIC, Project Director, Client and contractors
- Attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings
- Attend QAQC Meetings, to carry out audits and ensure that quality on all works are being carried out
- Assist in verification of all reports and claims relating to civil & structural, geotechnical, architectural and M&E works submitted by contractors
- Facilitate supervision team in resolving main contractor's queries and coordinate the Works and other contractors on site
- Liaise with all relevant authorities and stakeholders in obtaining the necessary approvals to commence works
- Facilitate verification of reports and claims submitted by main contractors and other sub contractors
- Feedback site issues, discrepancies, and irregularities to the OIC and contractors
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for presentations
- Assist in preparing minutes of meetings and verify accuracies of minutes of meeting prepared by contractors
Criteria:
- 3 years of experience in construction of large span steel structures, Trusses, bored piling works , general RC works, Civil & Structural/Geotechnical works.
- Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
- Able to work independently and handle fast-paced projects
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, and competent in the preparation of PowerPoint presentation
- Able to foresee, plan and run upcoming site activities and ready with mitigation plans
