Our client is an established A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, undertaking building construction projects across the local construction industry.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in managing and coordinating building construction projects to ensure works are completed according to schedule, quality and safety requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams on project execution and technical matters.
Monitor construction progress and ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Review construction drawings and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical issues and discrepancies.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, manpower coordination and resource allocation.
Monitor site progress and identify potential delays or issues requiring corrective action.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements and relevant construction regulations.
Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress, technical issues and outstanding matters.
Assist in managing project documentation, technical submissions and site reports.
Support the Project Manager in ensuring smooth project execution and timely completion.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in building construction projects, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor.
