- Responsible for project system design, equipment installation, configuration, testing and commissioning.
- Implement and ensure proper project management, structure, and processes to drive scope estimation, prioritization and on time delivery for new and existing projects, including proposing and providing quotations for Variation Orders.
- In-charge of managing and handling the implementation of system integration projects.
- Ensure resource allocation effectively.
- Communicate product development and technical activities to sales team and operation team.
- Liaising and coordinating with the subcontractors and customers with regards to the implementation of the project, including price negotiation and managing client’s expectations.
- To attend Project progress meeting and update project status to Project Manager or Client.
- Assist Project Manager in ensuring project siteworks progress according to project schedule.
- Provide technical support for root cause analyses and troubleshooting of equipment faults and failures during project implementation.
- Manage the technical documents during and after project phase.
- Prepare training materials and conduct training to Clients as well as to the Maintenance team after Project/DLP completion.
- Carry out regular patching and system updates for specifics sites.
- To always ensure and maintain safety work procedures, at site or in office at all times.
- Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company’s KPIs, ISO14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly.
- Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
