Your Opportunity

Stantec’s Lexington, KY office is looking for a Project Engineer/Bridge Inspector to perform bridge inspections, write and/or assist with writing of inspection reports, assist with rehabilitation projects, and assist with load rating projects. The candidate will go to various sites and projects throughout Kentucky and the United States to provide hands-on structural inspections of bridges and other transportation related structures. Office duties will include load rating calculations and developing rehabilitation designs and plans.

Your Key Responsibilities

· Perform bridge inspection, rehabilitation, and load rating tasks on assigned bridge projects

· Calculations using company standard software and proprietary manufacturer software

· Assist other offices with bridge inspection, rehabilitation, and load rating tasks

· Create and interpret sketches, and drawings for bridges as well as other structures and assist in writing post inspection reports
