PROJECT ENGINEER (C&S/ M&E)

Job Summary

You will apply your engineering expertise to manage and coordinate large-scale civil and infrastructure construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy and effective stakeholder collaboration from design through handover.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering knowledge in civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, or electrical disciplines to manage construction projects of major buildings and deep excavation works
• Lead project coordination by synthesizing data from Common Data Environment (CDE), EDMS, and Primavera P6 to identify and mitigate project risks
• Interpret and review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Navigate BIM models and utilize approved Electronic Document Management Systems (e.g., Bentley ProjectWise) to manage RFIs, RFAs, and project documentation
• Independently manage tasks while collaborating effectively as a team player in fast-paced project environments
• Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels through written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Prepare executive-level presentations and interpret data-driven dashboards using Microsoft Office and Power BI
• Negotiate and manage conflicts constructively while collaborating with CAG and other project stakeholders

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a recognized equivalent accredited by the PEB of Singapore or acceptable to the OIC
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction engineering experience, including design work and managing projects through construction and handover stages

• Experience in large-scale civil and infrastructure projects involving multi-disciplinary construction teams
• Strong analytical skills applied to project management and site coordination
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good presentation skills.
