- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Project Management activities within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices industry.
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Shift: Administrative & according to business needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
- Experience in:
- Managing high-value, complex capital projects from initiation through project closeout.
- End-to-End Project Management lifecycle execution.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and execution skills.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Manage complex, high-value capital projects supporting site operations and strategic initiatives.
- Lead projects through the complete Project Management lifecycle, from concept development through implementation and project closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project performance, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout execution.
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable site, corporate, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive project execution to meet schedule, cost, quality, and performance targets.
- Support site capital investment initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
