Project Engineer (Civil)

Support the planning and day-to-day execution of construction projects, ensuring work progresses in line with programme, manpower, quality and statutory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support the Project Manager in project planning and execution, and monitor works against the master programme.

· Coordinate daily activities involving subcontractors, supervisors and site workers to support smooth project progress.

· Plan manpower deployment in accordance with the budgeted man-hours provided for the project.

· Track daily site progress and provide timely progress updates to the Project Manager.

· Ensure project activities comply with applicable Singapore legal and regulatory requirements.

· Follow established procedures and ensure work is carried out in accordance with specifications, quality standards and statutory requirements.

· Carryout other project-related duties assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’sDegree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

· Candidates without experience are welcome to apply

· The final appointment and seniority level will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience and overall suitability.

· Proactive and resourceful, with good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

· Good analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels.
