Project Engineer (Civil & Structural / HDB) | Up to $5,500

Take ownership of site coordination and construction progress across HDB residential projects.

An established construction company is seeking a Project Engineer with relevant residential construction experience to support technical coordination, site supervision, quality assurance and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise structural, architectural and M&E construction activities on site.
• Track site progress, coordinate subcontractors and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Manage precast, PPVC and PBU installation and erection coordination.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies and coordinate RFIs with relevant parties.
• Liaise with HDB representatives, consultants, QPs, RE/RTOs and subcontractors.
• Conduct inspections and monitor compliance with QA/QC and CONQUAS standards.
• Coordinate material testing, mock-up units and outstanding defect rectification.
• Ensure WSH compliance, safe work practices and proper site housekeeping.
• Assist with TOP/CSC inspections, handover and post-completion defects management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Management or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in HDB BTO, residential construction or main-contractor environments.
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, site coordination and quality procedures.
• Familiarity with HDB procedures, CONQUAS and PSSCOC is advantageous.
• Precast/PPVC experience and subcontractor coordination skills are preferred.

Position Details

• Monthly Salary: Up to $5,500
• Location: Singapore
• Working Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Employment Type: Full-Time
