Project Engineer
Summary
Oversee on-site engineering tasks for construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards and coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
Job Description:
- Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Plan, monitor, and update project progress, including preparation of progress reports.
- Assist in commissioning works and coordinate structural engineering activities.
- Conduct site inspections and attend technical/progress meetings to monitor work progress and provide technical input.
- Provide technical support to project teams and resolve design and engineering issues on site.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all project aspects, including providing solutions and proper documentation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
- Familiar with Singapore building codes, regulations, and local quality standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Independent, result-oriented, and a self-driven team player.
