Position: Project Engineer (Construction / Fit-Out)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 12,000
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5+ years UAE experience in construction or interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, procurement, and site execution
- Strong understanding of project schedules, cost control, and site coordination
- Experience in LEED projects is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Manage project execution to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor daily site progress and installation activities
- Handle subcontractor payment certification and work order approvals
- Resolve site technical issues and ensure smooth execution
- Prepare snag lists, completion reports, and handover documentation
