Project Engineer - Construction Sector Company: r3 Consultant Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3+ years Job Details SITE ENGINEER INTERIOR PROJECTSEmployment Type: Full Time | Budget: Up to 4.2 LPA | Experience: 3+ Years Work Location: 202, Balewadi 37, Balewadi, Pune 411045 About the Role ROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking a detail-oriented Site Engineer Interior Projects to oversee on-site execution of interior projects, Key Responsibilities coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site teams, and ensure that design drawings are implemented accurately, safely, and on schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee day-to-day on-site execution of interior projects. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, clients, and internal site teams. Ensure execution adheres to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings, working drawings, and design documentation. Monitor project progress, quality, material availability, and completion timelines. Coordinate material requirements, samples, finishes, furniture, and lighting selections. Attend site visits and follow up on drawings, samples, execution issues, and action points. Identify site issues, coordinate resolutions, and escalate critical concerns where required. Maintain project trackers, schedules, site reports, and action-point registers. Support design teams with site inputs, measurements, and execution feasibility.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS3+ years of experience in interior projects, civil construction, site execution, or a related field. Qualifications Background in Civil Engineering or Interior Construction preferred. Strong understanding of working drawings, site execution, and construction specifications. Good command of AutoCAD and presentation tools. Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication, coordination, and client/vendor-management skills. Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of on-site responsibilities.
