Job Summary
Support project managers in electrical project execution by coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing delivery schedules, certifying payment documents, and preparing variation orders and change management.
Responsibilities
- Support the project manager in executing electrical engineering projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Attend coordination meetings to facilitate communication and alignment among project stakeholders
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to manage project requirements and resolve issues
- Arrange delivery schedules to ensure materials and services are available as needed for project progress
- Certify payment documents for subcontractors and suppliers to maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare variation orders and manage change requests to support project scope adjustments
- Apply problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project execution challenges effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant background in Electrical Trade
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Electrical Trade
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering Trade
