Job Scope:

• Plan and coordinate M&E works to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.

• Review technical, shop, and as-built drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Conduct site inspections and monitor M&E works to meet quality and project standards.

• Identify and resolve technical issues to minimise project delays and disruptions.

• Oversee the testing and commissioning of M&E systems and ensure proper handover.

• Ensure M&E works comply with safety regulations, project specifications, and maintain proper project documentation and progress reports.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years in M&E project management or coordination, preferably in construction projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools.
