PROJECT ENGINEER -ELETRICAL

Coordinate Electrical, ELV and IT cabling installation works

Monitor site progress, manpower, material delivery and workmanship

Prepare and follow up on shop drawings, material submissions, method statements and RFIs

Coordinate containment, cabling routes, termination points, network racks and equipment rooms

Attend site inspections and coordination meetings

Coordinate with subcontractors, system vendors and other M&E trades

Assist with testing and commissioning, progress claims and variation works

Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

Minimum 4 years of relevant project experience

Experience in Singapore construction or M&E projects is preferred

Good knowledge of electrical installations, ELV systems and IT structured cabling

Familiar with fibre-optic cabling, UTP cabling, network racks, MDF/IDF rooms, CCTV, access control and other ELV systems

Familiar with cable testing and certification, including Fluke and OTDR testing

Able to prepare and coordinate shop drawings, material submissions and method statements

Able to coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, system vendors and site teams

Familiar with inspections, testing and commissioning, RFIs and as-built documentation

Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
