Project Engineer
Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Project Engineer to be an integral part of our team. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage multiple projects.
- Thorough understanding of client project scope and specifications.
- Provide a team of drafters, checks and other with all information necessary to process pipe spool fabrication drawings for multiple fabrication facilities.
- Communicate and resolve with client any issues pertaining to questions/conflicts regarding scope, specifications, and client drawings.
- Thorough understanding of shop methods using the fabrication of pipe spools.
- Familiar with and utilize department standards, procedures, and guidelines.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience: 5 Years of Experience in Pipe fabrication
- Computer Skills: AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Work. JD Eda is preferred.
- Certification/Licenses: None specifically required
- Other Requirements: Familiarity with codes and standards of ASTM, ASME, and PFI. Familiarity with various metallurgies. Understanding of non-destructive examination methods, heat treatments, paint, and welding procedures.
