Project Engineer (EVC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Engineer in delivering EVC (Electric Vehicle Charging) projects to clients in accordance with project requirements.
- Support Project Engineers in coordinating with business partners and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are completed within the agreed timeline.
- Assist in providing technical solutions and engineering support for EVC projects.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Engineering team on project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Conduct site surveys with contractors and prepare project schedules, progress reports, and other required project documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, Customer Service Executives (CSE), Sales, and other relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of materials, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Conduct site briefings and toolbox meetings to ensure contractors and workers are aware of all workplace safety requirements, hazards, and safe work procedures.
- Supervise site activities and attend project meetings to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and schedule.
- Prepare material requirements and purchase requisitions for timely procurement of project materials.
- Support project in the preparation and submission of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Support the preparation and submission of project progress claims, project reports, and documentation required for invoicing by the Customer Service Executive.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Requirements
Education &Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Green Building & Sustainability, or a related engineering discipline.
- Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
- Relevant experience in the electrical engineering field is preferred.
- Knowledge of Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) technology and the EV charging market is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including single-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, and other technical drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Communication & Skills
- Good command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

- Ability to handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and effectively.
