About the role
Hansung Telecommunications Services Inc. is looking for a competent and highly organized Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate project activities from planning through completion. The Project Engineer will ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, within the required schedule, and according to client and company standards.
Key responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities and site operations.
Prepare project schedules, work plans, estimates, and required documentation.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, field technicians, and internal departments.
Supervise and monitor project implementation to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress and quality.
Ensure that project activities are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
Review manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
Monitor project costs and assist in preparing project billing and supporting documents.
Identify project issues, delays, and technical concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare progress reports, accomplishment reports, site reports, and other project documentation.
About you
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related field.
1–2 years of project engineering or field experience preferred.
Experience in telecommunications, facilities maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or construction projects is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in project planning, site supervision, documentation, and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to conduct field work and travel to various project sites.
Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or with a team.
