Project Engineer (HDB Residential) | Up to $5,500 | 5-Day Work Week

Take ownership of site progress and play a key role in residential construction delivery.

An established construction company is seeking a Project Engineer to support HDB residential developments, with responsibilities spanning site supervision, technical coordination, quality control and project handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily structural, architectural and M&E works to ensure progress aligns with project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site manpower, productivity and work sequencing.
• Manage precast, PPVC and PBU deliveries, installation and erection activities.
• Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies and follow up on RFIs.
• Liaise with HDB representatives, consultants, QPs, RE/RTOs and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and support QA/QC, CONQUAS and material testing requirements.
• Coordinate mock-up units, defect rectification, TOP/CSC inspections and handover.
• Maintain site safety, WSH compliance and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Management or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in HDB BTO, residential construction or main-contractor projects.
• Familiarity with HDB procedures, CONQUAS and PSSCOC is advantageous.
• Exposure to precast/PPVC works and subcontractor coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
