Agile is seeking a Project Engineer II in Durango, CO to support multidisciplinary teams developing hypergolic and monopropellant in-space propulsion systems, engines, and related hardware. This role works across engineering disciplines to coordinate technical execution, support technical decisions, and help guide hardware through the development lifecycle.


The ideal candidate has experience in hardware product development, works effectively across disciplines, and can take ownership of defined technical scope while contributing to broader program execution. Experience with chemical propulsion systems is preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Support technical execution across multidisciplinary teams developing propulsion systems from requirements through production readiness.
  • Coordinate technical planning and execution, including technical logic, work packages, design, integration, test, and issue resolution.
  • Partner with Program Management and technical leads to support resource planning, schedule, risk, and program execution.
  • Interface with customers and internal stakeholders to support alignment on requirements, performance, schedule, and technical decisions.
  • Support delivery of engineering work products, technical documentation, design reviews, and required data items.
