Summary
Engineers and manages custom fluid/instrumentation systems, handling quotes, documentation, procurement, and testing for industrial projects.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Sales Department to promote Custom Solutions and processes system quotations.
- Liaises with customers to identify project specifications & documentation requirements and attend to technical & commercial clarifications.
- Develops engineering documentation (e.g. Bill of Materials, Control Schematic, GA Drawings, Inspection Test Plan, Testing Procedures, etc) as required by the project.
- Performs project material verification and raise material requisition to Services Coordinators for sourcing and procurement.
- Prepares and update project weekly progress reports.
- To work with production team on project fabrication & assembly requirements and progress
- Performs project in-house testing and Factory Acceptance Test.
- Other duties and assignments as assigned from time to time.
Requirement
- Degree in Engineering.
- Possess at least 2 years in project management of instrumentation / fluid system.
- Ability to work well with people and be able to multi-task.
- Customer oriented with good communication skills.
- Proficient in Drafting software (AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc.)
