Job Summary
Manage project resources and schedules to ensure timely completion while maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating cross-departmental operations for smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate manpower and equipment allocation to support project requirements and optimize resource utilization
- Monitor project timelines and progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are met effectively
- Prepare and organize project documentation to facilitate smooth execution and compliance
- Generate and deliver project progress reports to update stakeholders on status and issues
- Resolve site issues by liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain project continuity
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed as planned
- Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) upon job completion or milestone achievement and follow up with clients on outstanding DO matters
- Participate in project meetings and respond promptly to client enquiries to support project needs
- Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with procurement, HR, and administrative departments to address operational requirements
- Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to support project and organizational goals
