Project engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Manage ACMV projects including air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and ducting works
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise site installation activities
• Monitor project progress, work schedules, and manpower arrangements
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure all ACMV works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
• Attend site meetings and prepare project reports, progress claims, and documentation
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of ACMV systems
• Monitor project costs, materials, and site quality control
• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with Singapore BCA and workplace safety requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of ACMV or M&E project experience preferred
• Knowledge of ACMV systems, ducting, chilled water, and ventilation systems
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Possess Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
• Knowledge of Singapore construction and safety regulations preferred
