Project Engineer (M & E)

• Plan and manage M&E project works from start to completion, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
• Prepare technical drawings, material submissions, and work schedules for the project and M&E systems.
• Supervise on-site installation works to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Attend site meetings and inspections with authorities or stakeholders as required.
• Handle variation orders (VOs), including assessment, certification, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports, ensuring cost control and timely delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is preferred..
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction or M&E industry
• Entry level may apply as training will be provided
• Good knowledge of M&E systems and construction site operations.
• Possess valid class 3 driving license is advantage but not mandatory
