Project Engineer (M&E) [SL]

Review and understand ISO requirements, technical drawings, project specifications, contractual requirements and subcontract agreements.

Coordinate with consultants and relevant stakeholders to resolve technical issues before construction commences.

Prepare and monitor short- and medium-term work programmes, ensuring project activities follow the approved schedule.

Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, quality procedures, environmental, health and safety (EHS) requirements.

Maintain high standards of site housekeeping, workplace safety and work quality.

Implement quality control procedures, maintain inspection records, analyse results and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate documentation and records to meet company, client, EHS, quality and regulatory requirements.

Monitor material usage and handling to minimise damage, wastage and unnecessary costs for temporary and permanent works.

Identify potential defects, rework and construction delays, and implement preventive measures to minimise project costs and time impacts.

Perform other project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
