Project Engineer (M&E)

Summary

Oversee and coordinate M&E engineering projects from planning to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while managing site teams and client communications.

• To prepare technical specifications

• Compiles plans and specifications to organize for project documents.

• Attends Job set-up meeting

• Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

• Meets cost standards by preparing cost-benefit analyses; tracking and reporting expenses.

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects

• Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field

• Overall planning, implementation, execution and completion of sections of project to ensure successful completion of the project;

• Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project including handling project planning, budget and cost control, safety and quality system implementation.

• To lead independently the project implementation team at site to ensure project are successful completed within the stipulated time, cost and quality

• Ensure all the projects go on smoothly, including planning, controlling, and execution and communicating with other department.

• Assist with costs control and estimating activities;

• Project Coordination and Supervision of site installation, testing and commissioning.

• On Site to supervising to carry out work

• Attend site meetings and assist to resolve technical/ operation issues.

• Coordinated with multi sub-constructors in preparing master plans, design briefs and obtaining all necessary permits.

• Prepare, coordinate, and monitor a project, from the initial conception to the schedule and final completion. Planning and forecasting of budgets and timelines to assure that the project is accurately completed to schedule.
