Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise subcontractors' work according to shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.
- Liaise with authorities, subcontractors, main contractors, or clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples.
- Review and align ACMV design drawings for compliance with specifications and guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural, and client provisions.
- Manage and execute projects within deadlines.
- Attend meetings with subcontractors, contractors, and clients to address issues and update progress.
- Study and review drawings and specifications for compliance.
- Allocate work and ensure tasks meet standards and SOP.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience considered for a senior position.
- Preferably experienced in the construction industry, especially in ACMV system installation.
- Knowledge of ACMV Systems, Local/International Codes of Practice/Standards, Green Mark Requirements, Hydronic/Static Calculations, BIM, Revit, AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Good working attitude and team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
