Project Engineer MECHANICAL, BMS

Duties:
Support project planning, execution, budget control and scheduling.

Review project specifications, designs and technical requirements.

Perform system sizing, equipment selection and prepare BOMs.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and vendors on project execution.

Prepare shop drawings, technical documentation and submissions.

Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Coordinate site installation, testing, inspection and commissioning activities.

Support FAT, troubleshooting and system commissioning.

Assist with material/subcontractor sourcing and procurement.

Support variation order works and project handover.

Design, install and commission Building Management Systems (BMS).

Support ACMV/BMS troubleshooting, optimisation and energy-efficiency initiatives.

Develop control sequences, logic diagrams and BMS graphics where required.

Maintain project documentation, SOPs and ISO-related requirements.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines.
• Experience in project engineering, ACMV/HVAC, BMS or building automation will be advantageous.
• Experience in project coordination, site supervision, testing & commissioning is preferred
