Project Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed within the required timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections, analyze technical data, and identify potential issues and project risks.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, technical specifications, and feasibility studies.
- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant codes, standards, safety requirements, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, systems, and practices.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in MEP construction or building services engineering will be an advantage.
- Willingness to undertake short- and long-term domestic and overseas travel.
