Project engineer - Mechanical (m/f)

As part of our engineering teams, you will contribute to the design, development, and documentation of technically demanding marine and offshore projects. Depending on your experience and area of expertise, your responsibilities may include:

• Development of 3D models and 2D workshop documentation for propulsion machinery, heavy-lift handling systems, and deep-water deployment equipment using specialized engineering software tools, based on classification documentation, internal procedures and the company’s quality management system.
• Perform structural and strength calculations (FEA) to ensure the safety, code compliance, and optimization of Propulsion, Heavy marine deck machinery and Handling equipment using Numerical analysis software tools
• Development of 3D models for systems / ship equipment, based on classification documentation, using specialized engineering software tools
• Preparation and production of workshop documentation in accordance with Internal procedures and the company’s quality management system

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in some of the areas such as: mechanical design and engineering, marine and offshore projects, machinery systems, HVAC, structural analysis, outfitting, propulsion systems, handling equipment, or similar technical fields.
